Dashboards & reorder lists
Your ERP records every invoice. We turn it into decisions.
Most ERPs record everything and answer very little. Owners wait for a spreadsheet to see margin by customer; buyers reorder from memory; nobody sees the fast seller about to run out or the batch about to expire.
data through yesterday
What this produces, shown with sample data.
The short version
We build two things on the exports you already have. A daily worklist for the people who act: what to reorder, from whom, how much, and what is expiring. And one screen for the people who decide: margin, growth, stock-outs and supplier cost, with every number traceable to the invoice behind it.
We don't arrive empty-handed. Part of scoping is agreeing what to track, and we bring a starting list for your industry. Live at Vital Drugs, a pharmacy wholesaler in Dubai.

Start to finish
- 1
Write down correct
We take a year of your sales, receipts and stock exports and agree which numbers matter. Each one gets the answer a person on your team would sign. That set becomes the test it is graded on.
- 2
Build inside your tools
It works where the work already happens: WhatsApp, email, your POS, CRM or practice software. Nobody learns a new tool.
- 3
Run it with a person approving
For the first weeks a person approves what it sends. We loosen that only where the scorecard says it has earned it.
- 4
Grade it every month
The test re-runs monthly and whenever the model underneath changes. You get the score and the list of what it got wrong.
Every number says how fresh it is
Each screen shows the date the data runs through. Nobody reads a stale number without knowing it.
If nobody can write down what correct looks like, we don't build it yet.
Tell us the job your team hates. We'll tell you if AI can do it.
A 30-minute call with the people who would build it. No technical knowledge needed: just describe the job, how often it happens, and how you check it's done right.
