Make something that looks like us.
A spreadsheet that does the boring work, with keys you can press. Logo, colour, type, components, imagery and voice, and the files to start from.
One mark, one lockup.
The mark is a stacked B. The lockup sets it beside the name in Recursive. The footer uses the name alone, set very large.
Do
- Give it clear space the height of the mark.
- Use ink on light fields, white on ink.
- Set the name in Recursive, semibold.
Don't
- Recolour the mark in a field colour.
- Put it on a photo without a white key behind it.
- Use the mark in the footer wordmark.
White paper, pure ink, flat pastel fields.
Ink draws every line. Each section gets one field colour; each industry keeps its own across the nav, its tile and its page.

Three faces, three jobs.
Recursive for anything you read from across the room. Inter for anything you read closely. Suisse Mono for anything that labels.

Spreadsheet windows, and keys you can press.
The page is a sheet (Equals). Anything you can press, or that reports a result, is a raised key (heyclicky). Trays are pressed in and hold keys.

The selected cell
Your team's boring work.
One word per headline, at most. It's the cell the AI just filled in.
A tray holding keys
Status, icons, chips
Real work looks real. Ideas are keycaps.
Pick the picture by what it has to prove.

Proof of work
Real screens and real files. Where a client's own photo can't be shown, a realistic stand-in with no logos or premises.

The client's own product
Screens and renders from the live system, credited, never restyled.

Ideas and industries
Tactile keycap objects in the field colours, on a flat grid panel. Never in place of real work.
Write like an operator, not a vendor.
Rules
- Name the job and the number: shelf audits before opening, 99% less entry.
- Say “applied AI” or “tools”, not “agents” or “AI-powered”.
- Every claim is true today, and labelled live, in build or playbook.
- Short sentences. No exclamation marks. No hype words.
Boilerplate
Boring Agents builds applied AI for one job at a time in operational businesses, wires it into the systems they already run, and keeps it running. Its tools audit supermarket shelves, sell flats in 3D before they're built, turn supplier price lists into records and build pharma reorder lists from the ERP, for clients in four countries.
Every file.
Recursive and Inter are free on Google Fonts. Suisse Mono is licensed to Boring Agents; ask before using it outside our own work.
Deck and proposal templates in this system are being rebuilt. Until then, ask us at hello@boringagents.co.
Tell us the job your team hates. We'll tell you if AI can do it.
A 30-minute call with the people who would build it. No technical knowledge needed: just describe the job, how often it happens, and how you check it's done right.
