About

We do the boring work so your people don't have to.

A small team. We build applied AI for operational work, run it after launch, and grade it every month. We also say plainly what we won't build.

Dictionary

bor·ing /ˈbɔːr.ɪŋ/ adj.

  1. of an AI tool: runs on a Tuesday in February exactly as it ran on the Thursday it launched.
  2. checked on out of curiosity, not worry.

What we believe

Boring, on purpose.

  1. 01

The best AI is the kind you stop noticing.

It runs on a wet Tuesday in February exactly as it ran on launch day. You check on it out of curiosity, not worry. That is the whole ambition.

  2. 02

Most work doesn't need a breakthrough.

It needs something that turns up, does the job the same way every time, and a person who notices when it doesn't. We build that, and we stay to be that person.

  3. 03

We pick work with a right answer.

If a job repeats and someone can write down what correct looks like, we can build it and grade it. If it needs judgment a good person would struggle with, we say no on the first call.

  4. 04

    We answer for the number.

Every tool ships with a target and is graded against it every month. If it doesn't earn its place, you don't pay for the next step.

How we work

Build it, run it, grade it.

The same four rules on every engagement, whatever the industry.

  1. 1

    We build it

One workflow at a time. We sit with the people doing it, write down what correct looks like, and build the tool into the systems you already run.

  2. 2

    We run it

It isn't a handover. When it breaks on a Sunday, we're the ones who get the message. You get the work done, not a tool that needs a team to keep alive.

  3. 3

    We grade it

Every month, and every time the model underneath changes, the tool is re-tested on a fixed set of your real cases. You get the score and the list of what it got wrong.

  4. 4

    We say no

If a job needs judgment a person would struggle with, or nobody can say what a right answer looks like, we tell you on the first call.

Track record

What the team has built

Things that run, or ran, on real data for real clients. Nothing here is a concept.

Reading hurried store photos

Shelf photos taken at an angle, in bad light, matched to a 32,141-product catalogue.

AI that speaks Thai

A shopping concierge answering in Thai from the real catalogue.

3D flats from drawings

Three towers and 224 homes, built from the architect's files.

Banners from real photos

Promotion banners built from the live campaign list.

Pharma reorders from the ERP

A daily reorder list and an owner's dashboard, built on a wholesaler's ERP exports.

Price lists into records

Supplier PDFs read into product records, every value boxed on its page.
Where we are today

In production in four countries.

Three tools at a supermarket chain in Thailand, a buyer walkthrough for a developer in India, a BI and reorder console for Vital Drugs in the UAE, and a document reader for a distributor in the Netherlands.

Tell us the job your team hates. We'll tell you if AI can do it.

A 30-minute call with the people who would build it. No technical knowledge needed: just describe the job, how often it happens, and how you check it's done right.
